$WLFI is a big focus of mine recently, for numerous reasons. But lately, I uncovered some peculiar, yet interesting developments:
1) Large $WLFI transfers:
- The $WLFI deployer (0x407) funded 0x33C (Gnosis safe contract) with 175,000,000 $WLFI tokens 3 weeks ago
- That first tranche of 175m tokens, was distro'd to numerous new wallet addys in 23.8m smaller tranches
- Some of the remaining tokens went to numerous different exchange deposit addys too
- Since then - 834,000,000 ($117m) $WLFI tokens were transferred into the contract and again distributed to completely fresh wallets in 25m amount ($3.3m)
- Of the ~35 fresh wallets, not one token has moved further, yet [?]
2) $ALT5 transferred the $WLFI to 0x9E8 (another Gnosis safe) which funded 0x33C (mentioned above - Gnosis safe 1)
- 3 months ago, ALT5 sigma transferred back a lot of their WLFI
- For custody or for I dont really know what [please correct me here]
3) Minting and burning tokens because investors wallets "were compromised"
- World Liberty executed an emergency function burning 166.667M $WLFI ($22.14M) from compromised addresses
- They then reallocate newly minted tokens to a recovery address
- the function designed for two scenarios: An investor loses wallet access before vesting OR malicious account acquires WLFI via exploit
- As "reassuring" as this looks - I think its a bit peculiar to be honest
There were some other things like:
- Nov 13th there was a Form 3 SEC filing: It’s basically an initial insider-ownership filing showing that World Liberty Financial (through Zachary Witkoff) now holds a big position in ALT5 Sigma via shares, large warrant blocks, and 99M pre-funded warrants
- The COO hinting about a "stable and guaranteed return for anyone in the WLFI ecosystem"
- USD1 is something that I think will surprise people, and thats the proper adoption route that the Trump family can take = USD1
All of this goes without saying, that I get the vibe the Trump crew feel the gig is up, and its one final exit push marketwide [$TRUMP DAT, USD1 yield, merging of ownership of ALT5+World Liberty] to extract as much as they can, as sharks begin to swarm them in numerous ways (trump ratings down, numerous probes worldwide, Saudi relationship relies on the crypto relationship)
